Ricki Ellison is a Director at the Greater Wichita Partnership, focusing on talent, workforce development, and community engagement. With over a decade of experience in higher education at Wichita State University, she has roles as a Clinical Educator and Multicultural Recruitment Coordinator. Ellison also served as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce. She holds a Master's in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Wichita State University, showcasing her deep commitment to community engagement and diversity initiatives.

Lindsi Fulcher is the Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Emprise Bank in Wichita, Kansas. With a demonstrated commitment to inclusion, leadership development, and customer service management, Lindsi has progressed through multiple roles at Emprise Bank over 12 years, showcasing her ability to foster inclusivity and drive change. Recognized with awards such as the President’s Circle, 40 Under 40 Class of 2021, and a Diversity & Inclusion Award, she holds an MBA focused on Human Resources from Pittsburg State University and a BA in Business Administration from Wichita State University.

Chris Pumpelly is an advocate and communications strategist deeply committed to fostering inclusion and growth. A social entrepreneur, he channeled his passion into meaningful advocacy work, notably through his contributions leading to the successful passage of the 2021 Wichita Non-Discrimination Ordinance, and in service to the Wichita Board of Park Commissioners and the Kansas Coalition Against the Death Penalty. He has an extensive background in political campaign management and message development. He holds degrees in Communication Studies and Journalism from the University of Kansas.
